OMNIPRESENT CONTENT WITH VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

Content Distribution Playbook Overview.

Our clients are busy building businesses. And while most recognize the importance of content and enjoy creating it, they don’t want to spend time dealing with editing, publishing and distribution.

So as any responsible entrepreneur would, I grabbed the problem and tried solving it with this objective in mind:

Create the simplest yet most effective system to generate max leverage from every piece of content produced, while reducing time spent on editing and distribution to zero.

The process was meticulous and (very) mentally taxing to say the least.

Because the goal is not to create something that’s super complex and hard to implement – the internet is full of 100-hour courses and shiny systems with 100 moving pieces.

My goal is to eat up all the complexity so clients don’t have to.

It took multiple reiterations, stress testing, trial and error, breaking things apart and rebuilding…

And alas, the Content Distribution Playbook was created. 📕

Here’s how it works in a nutshell:

1. You write or film something and upload it onto a folder

2. Your VA classifies each content piece according to format, post type and subject.

3. Your VA edits and repurposes that content piece according to its format, post type and subject.

Result: For every piece of content you produce, it gets repurposed into anywhere between 6 to 37 posts.

You take care of the initial writing or filming.

Your VA who’s trained on the Content Distribution Playbook, takes care of the rest FOR you.

And in case you’re wondering… Yes. They’ll also track & report content performance, plus reach out to leads for you.

What’s beautiful about this is – you can see how the whole thing works by zooming in and out of a single Canva whiteboard.

With processes, SOPs and templates fully hyperlinked and mapped out. In a simple yet highly potent manner.

💰Before we even account for the leads and sales that’ll come from having a content machine like this…

this playbook already (conservatively) saved dozens of hours per week for the Founder, alongside thousands per month that would otherwise be spent on content agencies.

What’s even more exciting?

2 other playbooks of equivalent power have already been released. And 3 more are scheduled to be released later this quarter.

We delegate different 😉
