Given how some clients had a history of trying to delegate content and social media tasks only to have things end up in disasters… I wanted to restore hope and make things right.
I don’t want to build a VA Agency who dumps a new hire to a client’s company then says “goodbye and goodluck.”
Nor do I want to be the coach who throws stacks of SOPs and tons of videos to client’s then says “find time to go through them.”
I want to create a seamless experience where each party is spending time in their zone of genius. 🧠🖐️
Clients & I – We worked on clarifying key metrics and objectives, then used the playbook to STRATEGIZE the content distribution process. So that we’ll know exactly how to maximize the utility of each piece of content produced.
VA team & I – Built out the SOPs involved in EXECUTING the process. So that each piece of content gets edited according to its content type, then gets distributed to target platforms on a set schedule.
And the result?
Each piece of content a client ever produces is now distributed and repurposed across their target platforms, on a set schedule, like clockwork. With performance tracked & reported daily. By a self-managing VA running on a streamlined and effective process.
Intelligent delegation does not mean sending a Slack message that says “help me republish content across xyz platform pls” then proceed to micro-manage when things don’t get done the right way.
